CSR Policy
As per the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company has constituted a CSR Committee of the Board consisting of the following Board Members :

The Board of Directors has approved a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company as recommended by the CSR Committee, which is effective from lst April, 2014.
The Company has created a CSR Cell to undertake the CSR activities of the Company.
